Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Counselor to join our dynamic team in the domestic placement industry. This role is crucial for identifying, attracting, and screening candidates for various domestic positions, such as Nannies, Family Assistance, and Newborn Care Specialists. The ideal Candidate should have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the domestic placement industry. Your goal will be to ensure our clients have top-tier domestic staff that meet their specific household needs.

What You’ll Do:

●  Candidate Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, our company website, networking events, and referrals.

●  Applicant Review and Screening: Review candidate applications and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific domestic roles.

●  Candidate Liaison: Work closely with Placement Counselors to understand Client requirements and provide a curated list of suitable candidates.

●  Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring tracking of candidate skills, preferences, references, and availability.

●  Candidate Preparation: Guide and coach candidates through the hiring process, supporting resume preparedness, interview techniques, best practices, and job expectations.

●  Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and standards in the domestic placement industry to advise candidates.

●  Follow-up: Regularly contact placed candidates and their employers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.

Salary Range:  $50,000 to $62,500.

The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
